- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support inquiries.
- To monitor and improve the performance, security, and reliability of the Service.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Third-party providers that help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Broadvale AI, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Third-Party AI Services
The Service uses third-party AI model providers to generate content. Your input is sent to these providers via OpenRouter, an AI routing service that enforces Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies by default. We have opted out of allowing any model provider to use your data for training.
This means your content is routed only to providers that do not retain or train on prompt data. OpenRouter blocks providers that do not comply with ZDR policies when training is disallowed. We do not use any fine-tuning or model training services with your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Cookies
The Service uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
